Our unit has a master bedroom and a private bath, guest room with queen sized bed and a second bathroom for guests. It is a 4 block walk to the malacon and beach, numerous restaurants, and the charming city.

The owners, Norm and Evelyn, provide a maid 1 days each week. Daily maid service is $30 for each extra day. Staff will be pleased to meet you when you arrive and proved a keys and direction to the unit.

 Available year round with rates that vary depending on the season. Contact us early to ensure that this wonderful unit awaits you when you arrive.

Prices:

• Low season: May 15 - Nov 15,  $100/day
  
• High Season: Nov 16 - May 14,  $125/day
  
• Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years - Min 10/days

Rates are for a maximum of 5 persons.To guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 100% by credit card or other method is required. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover. Partial Deposits are refundable only with a 30 day cancellation notice.. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied against the refund. Check in time is 10:00 AM and 10 PM. Special arrangements may be made for late arrivals. check out time is 2:00 pm . Smoking is permitted outside or on the balcony only. Sorry. we cannot accommodate pets.
