Nestled in the center of town up the hill in a lush botanical garden setting .These units were built on bedrock by an American company in the early 80's. Located four blocks from the malacon and night life with stunning views of Puerto Valarta's Bay of Banderas and city from various locations on a one block enclosed property with 81 condominiums and 24 hour guarded entrance access. The property has pool and palapa and 2 patios with barbecue pits and first come parking for guests. The temperatures are usually 10 to 15 degrees cooler here than in town because of the gentle breeze the hill affords. Some of PV's best restaurants are located within a few blocks  or less.
