We've been pleased to see so many happy faces at our monthly meetings. Your presence gives us all an opportunity to meet and greet new members and to renew acquaintances and to formulate new friendships.

The International Friendship Club of Puerto Vallarta will continue to seek to attract members who are interested in the betterment of the community we represent in continuing to strive for the benefits that will improve the lives of the impoverished who live here. As an example, through our Patrocinio Program we are able to assist a child or an adult with a devastating physical problem that has been ignored, and they don't know where to turn for help. These are the kinds of situations that should be brought to our attention. Each case is thoroughly investigated and we then determine how to provide the proper aid for a person or family. The greatest reward for everyone is to see an individual relieved of their suffering. Remember we're always here to help.

CALLING ALL OF YOU MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOT YET RENEWED YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Dues remain the same: Singles $330. Pesos ($30 US); Couples $550 P ($50 US). If you choose to pay by check, please make the check payable to Club Internacional de la Amistad (Club house hours at 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, or process your renewal at the upcoming General Meeting, Tues., March 8).

At this upcoming General Meeting we will be privileged to have the young Folkloric dancers to perform for us from 7:30 to 8:00 pm. A chicken dinner will be served from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, prior to their performance. The monthly meeting will follow inside the clubhouse at 8:00 pm.

Now for the pleasant task of welcoming our newest members who are:

Robert Lamb Incline, NV
Jo and Bill Liggett Sacramento, CA
Stephanie Timmerman Grand Rapids, MI
Virginia G. Wolaseo Puerto Vallarta

We not only say WELCOME, but thank you for your interest in what we do, and look forward to working side by side to accomplish our goals.

Let's not forget...

"ABILITY is what you are capable of doing. MOTIVATION determines what you do. ATTITUDE determines how well you do it."

Hasta que nos veamos (until we meet again)...
